Geoff Mulligan

Geoff Mulligan is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the Internet of Things (IoT), smart grid technology, and network security. Notable positions include Director of Engineering and Technology at Invensys, CTO of IoT at Jabil, and Presidential Innovation Fellow at The White House's Department of Commerce & NIST, where co-creation of the Smart America Challenge took place. As a founder and executive leader at Proto6 and Geocast, significant contributions to RF and email technologies were made. Geoff has served in leadership roles such as Chairman of the LoRa Alliance and Chairman of the IPSO Alliance, significantly expanding member organizations and contributions to global network specifications. Currently, Geoff is focused on advancing IoT technology for elder care as the founder of GCM Labs, and leads Skylight Digital LLC’s IoT practice area.
