Support Technician II

Gil Batista, PMP®, has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as a Support Technician II at Jabil since June 2016, where responsibilities include implementing IT security policies and troubleshooting network issues. Previously, Gil held the role of IT Helpdesk Lead at AIXTRON SE, managing helpdesk operations and providing technical support to end-users.
