Jared Peraner

Jared Peraner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and project management at Jabil since 2014, currently serving as Business Unit Manager responsible for customer P&L and operational performance. Prior roles include Additive Manufacturing Workcell Manager, where oversight of a 165-member team and implementation of new production capabilities were key achievements, and Packaging Manager, recognized for substantial cost reductions and efficiency improvements in a surgical device packaging operation. Additional experience includes project management roles with Nypro, where Jared successfully led new product introduction projects and program transfers, and internships that laid the groundwork for leadership and operational excellence. Jared holds an MBA and a BA in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
