Jeff Scruggs

Jeff Scruggs is a Tooling Supervisor at Nypro Packaging, a Jabil company, with over forty years of technical engineering experience. They have a comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic processes, alongside expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize product quality and efficiency. Previously, Jeff held positions including Senior Development Engineer at cinch connectors and Design Engineer at multiple companies, contributing significantly to the fields of automotive and telecommunications manufacturing. Jeff also completed a degree in Mechanical Drafting and CAD from the College of DuPage between 1994 and 2007. Currently, they continue to leverage their extensive skills in tooling and production engineering.
