Jo Gene Tan

Jo Gene Tan is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process engineering and manufacturing. Tan's career includes positions as a Process Engineer at Flex and Venture Corporation Limited, where responsibilities included management of new product introduction (NPI). Tan later served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Keysight Technologies, focusing on sustaining manufacturing capacity and optimization. As an Assistant Process Engineering Manager at UWC Berhad, Tan led a team in daily engineering operations, addressing engineering issues and improving processes. Most recently, Tan held the title of ME Lead Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Jabil, continuing to oversee engineering operations and process advancements. Tan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia.
