Joanna Pan

Joanna Pan is an HR Head and Talent Acquisition leader with over 20 years of experience, including more than 15 years in managerial roles within multinational corporations. Joanna's expertise spans strategic talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational transformation across the Asia and China regions. Currently, Joanna serves as HRBP and Talent COE Head for North Asia at Jabil, where they focus on developing and executing high-impact HR strategies. Joanna is also pursuing dual MBA degrees in Project Management from The University of Manchester and in Business Administration from Tongji University.
