Johnson Jia

Johnson Jia has over a decade of experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector, currently serving as a Lean Six Sigma Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Jabil Circuit since December 2011, where responsibilities include promoting a plant-wide lean culture and designing local reward and recognition programs. Previously, Johnson held the position of Process Engineering Manager at Flextronics.com from November 2005 to December 2011, overseeing the manufacturing and prototyping of products as well as the transfer of new products. Johnson Jia earned two Bachelor's degrees in Informative Control and Automatic Control from Northwest Engineering Academy between 1996 and 2000.
