Josh Thompson

Josh Thompson is a mechatronics engineer with extensive experience in mechanical and electrical design within the automation and robotics sectors. They have held various engineering roles, including Lead Automation Design Engineer at Jabil since 2023, and previously worked at Lockheed Martin, where they designed a robot capable of precise component installation. Josh's entrepreneurial spirit led them to establish Ruxland Engineering LLC for die station design in printing applications. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University in 2011.
