Kathryn Wilder

Kathryn (Kathryn Nelson) Wilder is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational health, currently serving as the Sr Director of Talent Management at Jabil. Kathryn has held various roles within Jabil, including Director of Organizational Health & Analytics and Sr Organizational Health Manager Enterprise. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Client Advisor at CEB, now Gartner, and working as a Project/Process Consultant at Aon Hewitt, among other consulting and analytical positions. Kathryn holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wartburg College.
