Larry Hamilton is an Operational Excellence Director with over 35 years of experience in promoting operational excellence across various organizations. Having previously served in key roles at O.C. Tanner and Jabil, they specialized in implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, contributing to the attainment of prestigious Shingo Prizes. Currently, they lead Operational Excellence efforts at Jabil, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction through improved efficiency and velocity. Larry holds an MBA from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Brigham Young University, and has also enjoyed a successful career as an adjunct professor for over 20 years.
