Lauren Thomas is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience in fostering organizational growth and enhancing workplace cultures. They have held HR roles at notable companies, including Amazon, Jabil, and Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, where they excelled in employee relations, talent development, and change management. Currently, as the HR Leader for Jabil’s CVG Campus, Lauren drives people strategies that align with business objectives while supporting a workforce of approximately 2,500 employees. Additionally, Lauren serves as President Elect of the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association, focusing on energizing and educating HR professionals within the community. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Eastern Kentucky University.
