Le Huy has a robust background in engineering, specializing in manufacturing and new product introduction. From February 2021 to September 2022, Le Huy served as an NPI Engineer at Techtronic Industries, focusing on transferring Power Inverter products to the Vietnam Factory and collaborating with various departments to establish transfer processes based on requirements and specifications. Prior to this, from July 2016 to February 2021, Le Huy worked at Jabil, initially as a Manufacturing Engineer II, supporting plant-wide operations as part of the Subject Master Expert team and managing critical SMT processes. Subsequently, in the role of Manufacturing Engineer III, responsibilities included defining process flows for PCBA products and preparing visual aids and work instructions throughout the assembly process.
