Mark Fratoni

Mark Fratoni is a retired LTC from the US Army, with a distinguished military career that included honor graduate status in the Military Science Course and extensive experience in Joint Special Operations from 1974 to 1999. Following military service, Fratoni has held key roles at Jabil Circuit since 2006, where current responsibilities include Director of Global Business/Operations and Supply Chain Development, focusing on business growth and operational excellence. Prior experience at Jabil includes serving as Corporate Director of Human Resources, where Fratoni significantly contributed to corporate HR systems and strategic talent management. Fratoni also served in human resources and marketing management at Moog Inc. from 1983 to 1992, overseeing multiple divisions and successfully launching new operations. Fratoni holds a BA in Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Villanova University.
