Mathavan Balakrishnan

Mathavan Balakrishnan has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Workcell Manager at Jabil since September 2002. In this role, Mathavan leads an operations team encompassing 675 indirect and 1,322 direct employees, overseeing three customers and generating annual revenue exceeding $300 million in instrumentation devices and networking products. Prior to Jabil, Mathavan worked at Solectron Technology from June 1998 to September 2002, where responsibilities included quality engineering, focusing on both process and product quality functions. Mathavan holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Polymer Technology from Universiti Sains Malaysia, obtained in 1997.
