Michelle Penman

Michelle Penman has extensive experience at Jabil, where tenure began in December 1997 and includes roles such as Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness, Director of Organizational Effectiveness, and Director of Lean Six Sigma. Prior to Jabil, Michelle served as a Database Administrator at Exabyte Solutions Ltd from September 1995 to December 1997. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration from Edinburgh Napier University and a BSc in Computer Aided Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University. Additionally, Michelle is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, obtained through the American Society for Quality in 2013.
