Mike Hoffman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and technology sectors. Hoffman's career began as a Manufacturing Engineer at Gould, Inc. Computer Systems Division from 1981 to 1990, followed by a Senior Manufacturing Engineer role at Encore Computer Corporation from 1990 to 1995. After a decade at Jabil as a Business Unit Manager (1995-2007), Hoffman transitioned to Director of Customer Management at Plexus (2007-2014). Since June 2014, Hoffman has served as Senior Business Unit Manager at Jabil, overseeing P&L and customer relationships across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, while leading regional teams to enhance business growth. Hoffman holds an AA in Engineering/Natural Science from Brevard Community College and a Computer Science degree from Rollins College.
