Milind Dange

Milind Dange is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Business Unit Head at Jabil since August 2013, Milind manages the P&L for Jabil Optics and oversees operations, cross-functional support teams, and supply chain activities. As the Founder, President, and Product/Program Manager at OME Engineering Services since March 2005, Milind has focused on integrating high technology into product development and engineering, while also driving company growth and managing customer relations. Previous roles include General Manager for Romax Technology, where responsibilities included realigning US operations to enhance customer service, and VP of Engineering at Sea Ray Boats, tasked with innovating the product development process. Milind also held the position of VP of Product and Program Management at MobileAria, emphasizing high-quality product launches and resource efficiency. Milind holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and an MS in Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
