Patrick Hoost is an experienced project manager and team leader with a background in laboratory automation systems. With a degree in Biomedicine Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden and business administration studies from Mid Sweden University, Patrick has held various leadership roles, including Group Leader of Automation at Analytik Jena AG and Head of Program Management for Liquid Handling & Automation. In addition to being a certified project management professional, Patrick has introduced Scrum methodology in their teams and has a passion for leadership, focusing on developing individual strengths within teams. Currently, Patrick serves as a Design Project Manager at Jabil, where they continue to drive results with a client-centric and agile approach.
