Paul Young is a seasoned operations and engineering leader with extensive experience in regulated manufacturing industries, including medical device, automotive, and defense & aerospace. They have held various roles, including Strategic Sourcing Black Belt at Caterpillar Inc., Director of Operations at Jabil from 2010 to 2023, and currently serve as Engineering Leader at Jabil since 2025. Paul also gained experience as a Pre-Production Launch Coordinator at General Motors and a New Programs Industrial Engineer at Chrysler. They earned a Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and hold dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Kettering University.
