Peter Demers

Peter Demers is an experienced Director of Operations currently at Jabil since 2024, bringing extensive leadership expertise from previous roles, including Vice President Operations at Garden Protein International and Chief Operating Officer at IMW Industries Ltd. They have held various management positions, such as Operations Manager at Simmons Canada and VP Manufacturing at Art In Motion. Peter completed an MBA in Management Graduate Studies at Simon Fraser University and earned a Black Belt in Lean Manufacturing from Lean Sensei International. They also hold a Diploma in Operations Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
