Ragai Khalil

Ragai Khalil is the Senior Director of Design Engineering at Jabil, where they focus on product design and end-to-end test development for photonics and RF/microwave applications. Ragai previously held the position of VP of Test Engineering at Sanmina-SCI, overseeing global test development projects. Earlier in their career, Ragai served as a Director at Alcatel-Lucent, Newbridge Networks, and Zenastra Photonics, as well as a Manager at Nortel Networks and Digital Equipment of Canada. Ragai has extensive experience managing engineering and product development teams across various industries.
