Ramy Awad

Ramy Awad is an accomplished engineer, project manager, and leadership coach with extensive experience in program management and development engineering within FDA-regulated environments. They have successfully led multi-disciplinary teams in manufacturing and design development, driving cost savings and new product introductions. Ramy has held various roles, including Manager of Project Operations at Bausch + Lomb and Research and Development Engineering Manager at Oscor Inc. Currently, Ramy serves as a Technical Lead at Jabil Healthcare, where they provide technical expertise to business units and the sales unit, while also passionately developing leaders in their role as a Leadership Coach. They hold a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
