Ratna Kavya is currently serving as PMO at Jabil Circuits India Pvt Ltd and has extensive experience in the SMT process, including paste printing, pick and place, SPI, reflow, and AOI, as well as testing machines for engine and transmission control units. Previously, Ratna worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Marelli and gained valuable experience as an Engineer at Kaynes Technology India Pvt Limited. Ratna also held the position of Deputy Manager at VVDN Technologies before joining Jabil. Ratna earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Punjab Technical University in 2014.
