Roberto Bayon

Roberto Bayon serves as the Senior Director of Shared Services at Jabil since September 2015, overseeing shared services teams in Mexico and Florida responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany transactions, general ledger, and payroll, while leading the global governance team. Prior to this role, Roberto held the position of Assistant Treasurer at Jabil from 2007 to February 2015, where responsibilities included hiring and training a team and conducting liquidity evaluations for all facilities. Roberto also served as Regional Controller, managing operations at four international plants and five U.S. locations and supervising a cross-functional staff. Roberto holds a Master of International Management in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, obtained between September 1987 and May 1989.
