Scott Keeling

Scott Keeling is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product verification and quality assurance within the medical instrumentation and technology sectors. Currently retired as of February 2024, Scott has worked as a Lead Product Verification Engineer at Jabil since July 2011, overseeing project-level product verification planning, resource management, and medical device 510(k) package submissions. Prior to Jabil, Scott served as a Sr. Product Verification Engineer, defining appropriate testing standards for various products, with significant expertise in medical instrumentation verification at Baxter Healthcare from 1992 to 2011. Scott's earlier career includes roles as a Test Technician at Circuit Works, a Designer at Precision Power, and a Technician at Medical High Technology, Inc. Scott holds an OND in Technical Engineering with a focus on Engineering and Computer Science from Cornwall College.
