Subitra Dali is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel for Global Labor & Employment Legal in the APAC region at Jabil since August 2022. Prior to this role, Subitra held the position of Senior Legal Counsel for Employment Law at Standard Chartered Bank from March 2019 to August 2022, where Subitra managed significant employment disputes across multiple countries including Poland, India, China, and Malaysia, while improving efficiency and reducing costs associated with external counsel. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Partner at Surend Mokhzani Partners from May 2004 to February 2019, where Subitra led the litigation department specializing in employment/labor law and represented various stakeholders at multiple levels of the Malaysian judiciary. Subitra holds a Barrister-at-Law degree from The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Wolverhampton.
