Summer Rawlins is an organizational strategy and business transformation leader with over 25 years of international experience. With a strong commitment to facilitating strategy alignment, Summer has successfully partnered with executives to enhance organizational structure and processes, driving business growth and productivity. They have more than 20 years of expertise in business and process transformation, change management, and organizational design, supplemented by experience in managing their own businesses. Summer's early career in Human Resources and international experiences uniquely position them to navigate the complexities of high-growth, multinational organizations. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Northampton.
