Thomas Van Eimeren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma and continuous process improvement. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Lean Six Sigma for North America at Jabil since April 2024, Thomas previously held the position of Corporate Director of Benchmark Enterprise eXcellence at Benchmark Electronics from April 2019 to April 2024, where recognition as an award-winning Global CPI Leader was achieved. Prior to that, Thomas spent over 22 years at Arrow Electronics, culminating as the Global Lean Sigma Continuous Process Improvement Leader, where strategic global deployment of Lean Sigma initiatives was a primary focus. Thomas also has a diverse background in production management and training, having held various supervisory roles at Coca-Cola European Partners and earlier positions at Arrow Electronics. Additionally, Thomas was the Principal at Perpetual Music for over two decades and contributed to the APICS board as Vice President of Programs from 2010 to 2015. Thomas's educational background includes studies at UC San Diego.
