Thuy Tran is an experienced Industrial Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Currently serving as an IE Engineer at Jabil since November 2021, Thuy is responsible for monitoring and improving quality and efficiency, designing production tooling, evaluating line capacity, and developing solutions for product-related issues. Prior experience includes roles as IE Team Leader at Viet Nam Ching Luh Shoes Co., LTD, where Thuy led initiatives to enhance performance and optimize production layouts, and as an Industrial Engineer Intern at Long Huei Company, focused on value stream mapping and waste elimination. Additional internships in ISO standards and lean supply chain further developed skills in quality assurance and operational efficiency. Thuy also has experience in event organization through involvement with BK Event Club HCMUT.
