Tomasz Szuwarowski has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Jabil since October 2006, where responsibilities include global process ownership in operating system and workcell management. Previous roles in Jabil encompass Director of Operations and various senior management positions overseeing technical operations across multiple departments, including engineering, quality, and production. Prior to Jabil, Tomasz worked at Philips Lighting as a Process and Maintenance Engineering Manager, leading technical teams and optimizing production processes. Tomasz holds various educational qualifications, including a Management Certificate from ICAN Institute and an Engineer's degree in IT from the Warsaw School of Information Technology.
