Tony Berman

Tony Berman is an experienced financial professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit at Jabil since October 2006. Throughout tenure at Jabil, Tony has held various leadership positions including Senior Director of Internal Audit, Senior Director of M&A Finance, and Director of Financial Controls, focusing on financial and operational controls in diverse areas such as non-operating entities, tax-driven structures, and M&A activities. Prior to joining Jabil, Tony was a Partner and Shareholder at Roberts, Hanna, Arndt & Berman, specializing in tax compliance and audits for non-publicly traded companies. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
