Victor Jean

Victor Jean is the Global Quality Director Automotive at Jabil, where they serve as the primary contact for customer engagement regarding quality and promote improvements across multiple manufacturing sites. Previously, they held various leadership roles at MAHLE Behr USA, Faurecia, Asteelflash, and Valeo, with responsibilities ranging from general management and operations to strategic development and lean implementation. Victor’s extensive experience includes overseeing profit and loss performance, leading manufacturing sites in multiple countries, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech, graduating in 1989.
