Jac was founded by Josh Cardenas, an architect, artist, project manager, and entrepreneur. Jac is not just an architectural design firm but a more full-service design and project management firm providing soup-to-nuts architectural design and full project management services to its clients.
From the Schematic Design phase where the clients' fundamental program and design criteria are established through to substantial project completion of the construction, Jac provides a single-stop source for the full architectural planning, design, scope, schedule, budget development, and project management of capital projects for commercial real-estate tenant improvements and new commercial and residential development projects.
