Rob Martell is a seasoned retail management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as General Manager at Jac + Jack since June 2022, Rob previously held the position of Head of Retail Operations at Seafolly P/L, where responsibilities included enhancing retail sales and customer experience while contributing to the brand's bricks-and-mortar recovery. Rob also spent over seven years at lululemon athletica, managing regional operations and overseeing training programs that supported the company’s growth and employee development.
