SVP Human Resources at Jacent

Tim Thompson, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources management. From 2017 to present, they have served as the SVP Human Resources at Jacent, where they lead and manages corporate-wide HR operations, including staffing, employee relations, talent management, diversity, compensation, training, benefits, and performance management. Tim has also played a key role in implementing critical HR programs and collaborating with executives on long-term organizational initiatives.

Prior to their role at Jacent, Tim worked at Pep Boys from 1994 to 2017 in various HR positions. Tim held the title of National Director, Talent Acquisition and Recognition | Corporate Director, Human Resources, where they directed HR operations, training, development, and talent acquisition. Tim also served as the Divisional Director, Human Resources, Divisional Training Manager, and District Operations Manager during their tenure at Pep Boys.

Tim Thompson, SPHR has an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Onondaga Community College. Tim also holds an HR Certification - PHR from Montgomery County Community College and an HR Certification - SPHR from Villanova University. In addition to these degrees, Tim has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2004.
