Eric Tunquist has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, primarily with Jack in the Box since 1999. Currently serving as Vice President, responsibilities include overseeing operations for 1,100 restaurants, managing annual sales of approximately $1.5 billion. Previous roles at Jack in the Box include Division Vice President, where Eric designed guest service programs, managed the launch of the JBX Grill fast casual concept, and oversaw 165 company-operated restaurants. Eric's earlier position as Director of C-Store & Fuel Operations involved managing a fuel/c-store concept across multiple states. Eric holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from John Carroll University.
