Quincy B.

Quincy B. is an advocate for mental health and athlete wellness with extensive experience in public relations within a sports product-service environment. As a competitive swimmer for 18 years, Quincy developed strong leadership skills and an acute understanding of an athlete’s performance lifestyle. Currently pursuing a Master of Kinesiology in Sport Psychology, Quincy emphasizes the importance of a supportive atmosphere for fostering active health behaviors. Quincy has served as Communications Chief for Jack.org's Turning Tides 2025 International Youth Mental Health Conference and previously held roles in communications and program coordination at Vancouver Pacific Swim Club and The University of British Columbia, among others.
