JR Weber

JR Weber is the current GM - Overland Park at Jack Stack Barbecue. Prior to this, they were with Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. Before that, they were with PF Chang's. Their previous position was Sous Chef at Yai Yai's Euro Bistro from August 2007 to November 2008. From August 2002 to July 2006, they were a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps.

JR Weber attended Lee's Summit High School and obtained a diploma.

JR Weber works with Bennett Clark - GM - Lenexa, Robin Gural - GM - Lee’s Summit, and Ann Marie Wenzel - Training Manager. JR Weber reports to Nathan Tilton, VP - Restaurant Operations.
