Yong Eason is a seasoned sales professional currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer at Jackery since April 2023. Previously, Yong held various leadership roles at Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., including Deputy Country Director and Director of Retail Operations, where remarkable achievements included launching flagship HMS devices and attaining a notable 90% retail partner retention rate. Yong's earlier experience with Huawei also encompassed the role of Director Sales Department and Channel Sales Director, contributing significantly to market share growth and regional sales leadership. Prior to Huawei, Yong held the position of Northern Regional Manager at C-Mobile (M) Sdn Bhd, leading efforts in establishing new retail locations. Yong began a career in sales and marketing at NASTAH Industries Sdn Bhd, focusing on international market expansion. Yong Eason earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
