Jackie Clay Consulting is led by Founder and CEO Jackie Clay-Robertson, a nonprofit leader and strategic consultant with more than two decades of experience. Having served as a CEO and Executive Director of multiple nonprofit organizations, she brings deep, real-world leadership experience in building, managing, and growing mission-driven organizations.

Jackie Clay Consulting partners with nonprofits, churches, and mission-driven organizations to build strong, sustainable foundations that support long-term growth and community impact.

We specialize in strategic planning and grant readiness, governance and organizational development, as well as nonprofit startup support—guiding organizations from initial vision to structured, mission-aligned operations.

Our approach is both practical and strategic. We work closely with clients to clarify their mission, strengthen leadership and governance, develop effective programs, and position their organizations for sustainable growth and funding opportunities.

Whether launching a new nonprofit or strengthening an existing organization, we provide tailored solutions designed to meet you where you are and move you forward with clarity, structure, and confidence.

Our goal is simple: to help you build an organization that not only operates effectively, but thrives—creating meaningful and lasting impact in the communities you serve.
