Debbie Lai is an accomplished retail healthcare executive with over two decades of experience in strategic growth and operational leadership across various sectors, including Retail, Consulting, and Healthcare. They have held senior roles such as Vice President of Category Management at Rexall Pharmacy Group and Senior Vice President of Marketing, Loyalty & Strategy at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC. Currently, Debbie serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Wellesley Central Residences and Vice President of Marketing at Staples Canada, while also being an Executive Advisor at Jackman. With a strong commitment to mentoring and fostering a culture of innovation, Debbie has consistently delivered value and inspired change within their organizations. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from The University of British Columbia and have completed various advanced programs, including an MBA from the University of Toronto and the Governance Essentials Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors.
