Jan Nel is a Continuous Improvement Project Engineer at Jackpine Engineering since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jan was a Graduate Research Student at Georgia Southern University, conducting research on enhancing interfacial bonding strength between layers of soft materials. Jan has also had experience as a Senior Capstone Project at Daniel Defense, LLC, a Product Engineering Intern at Brodie International, and a Reliability Engineering Intern at Solvay. Jan holds a Master of Science in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Georgia Southern University.
