Brittany Collins

Brittany Collins has worked in the Human Resources field since 2012. In 2012, they began their career as an Human Resources Intern at Smart Motors Toyota, where they assisted in creating, editing, and updating employee documents, reviewed and processed paperwork for all new hires, coordinated and conducted initial employee orientation, converted all paper files to electronic documents, conducted background checks of all prospective employees, and updated and maintained all employee personnel files. In 2013, they moved to Trada, where they worked as a Human Resources Representative. In 2014, they worked as a People Team Coordinator at Rally Software and as a People Partner and Manager of People Operations at Sovrn Holdings, Inc. In 2017, they began working at PopSockets as a Human Resources Manager, where they assisted with the semi-annual compensation review process, researched several goal and performance review platforms, successfully implemented the OKR based goals and performance review platform, 7Geese, organized the bi-weekly all-hands meeting agenda, and coordinated PopSockets's two-day onboarding program. Brittany was later promoted to Human Resources Director, and PopSockets was named ICC's 2018's Best Company to Work for in Colorado (medium company) finalist and number 2 on Inc. 5000's fastest-growing private companies in America. In 2020, they began working at Stream as Head of People. In 2021, they moved to Re-Leased, where they worked as Regional Director of People & Culture and People & Operations Business Partner. Most recently, they are the Sr. People Operations Manager at Jackpot.com.

Brittany Collins attended Bradley University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Administration, Human Resource Management, and Spanish. Brittany also attended Universidad de Sevilla in 2011. In February 2019, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
