Justin Friedman

Justin Friedman has worked for four companies throughout their career. Theirmost recent role was as Head of Payments for Jackpot, which they began in 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at StubHub, starting in 2010. These roles included Head of Global Fraud and Payment Operations, Head of North American Trust Operations, Sr Manager, Marketplace Integrity, Financial Risk Manager, Manager, Marketplace Integrity, and Supervisor, Trust & Safety Department. Before StubHub, they worked at MetLife as a Long Term Disability Claims Representative from 2008 to 2010. Theirfirst job was at ING Wealth Management, where they were a Financial Representative - Annuities from 2005 to 2008.

Justin Friedman attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. Justin then went on to the University of New Haven from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Master's degree in Sports Studies. In 2011, they completed their Master of Business Administration at Southeast Missouri State University. In 2017, they began their Master of Arts in Applied Economics at Southern New Hampshire University, which they completed in 2019. In 2019, they also earned a Certificate in Sports Industry Essentials from Columbia University. Additionally, they hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
