Operations Team

The Operations Team at Jackpot.com is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring seamless management of processes across various markets. They work on optimizing operational efficiency, managing compliance and regulatory requirements, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the lottery experience for users. Key roles include the Vice President of Operations, who leads operational strategy; the Operations Manager, who handles daily operations; and the COO & MLRO, who focuses on international compliance and risk management.
