Lori English has extensive experience in customer support and onboarding within the software industry, currently serving as Onboarding Manager and previously as Onboarding Representative at Jackrabbit Online Class Management Software since 2015. Lori has also been a Customer Support Representative for Jackrabbit Technologies, providing assistance to various class-based organizations including dance schools, cheerleading squads, dojos, swim clubs, art studios, actor's studios, and childcare facilities. Prior to this role, Lori worked as a CSR Specialist at EGIS PROJECTS CANADA from February 2010 to September 2015.
