Greg Carter

Greg Carter is a distinguished academic currently serving as a Professor and the Bernard and Lusia Milch Endowed Chair at The Jackson Laboratory, a position held since September 2010. With extensive experience in research and academia, Carter previously held roles as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at the same institution. Prior to this, a Senior Research Scientist position was held at the Institute for Systems Biology from September 2003 to August 2010. Earlier career stages include research fellowships at the University of Washington and SUNY Stony Brook, as well as a tenure at the Niels Bohr Institute. Greg Carter earned a PhD in Physics from the University of Minnesota (1993-1997) and a B.S. in Physics from Case Western Reserve University (1989-1993).
