Ryan Gardner

Ryan Gardner is a financial analyst currently employed at The Jackson Laboratory since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing accounting units, leading budget forecasting, overseeing internal billing services, and conducting variance analysis. Prior to this role, Ryan served as a transportation planner for the Connecticut Department of Transportation, contributing to the development of a fiscally constrained Statewide Transportation Improvement Program in collaboration with various organizations. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Innovate for Maine, a research assistant position at the University of Maine focusing on wood pellet testing, a cashier role at Harbor Freight Tools, and a student laborer position at the UMaine Advanced Structures and Composites Center.
