At Jacobs Dairy Farm, cheese is more than taste – it’s a legacy. Since 1936, three generations of the Jacobs family have been crafting boutique cheeses in the heart of Israel, carrying forward values of authenticity, quality, and love of the land.

From hand-milking cows in a humble backyard to producing over 25 artisanal cheeses in a kosher-certified boutique dairy, our story is rooted in passion, agriculture, and people.

We remain proudly blue-and-white – a local Israeli dairy in every sense, family-owned and dedicated to honest production.

Alongside our cheeses, our farm café, culinary workshops, and gourmet gift collections invite guests and teams to experience food as a story – and a shared experience.
