Adam Byard, P.E., is currently the Senior Group Lead for Tennessee and Kentucky at Jacobs and serves as the Condition Assessment Rehabilitation Services South Regional Technology Lead. With extensive experience as a Project Manager at CH2M, now Jacobs, and previously as Chief Engineer at West Knox Utility District, Adam has a strong background in engineering leadership. Adam is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Biological/Biosystems Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
